Back from Bristol

First post of the New Year!!!  I hope everyone has had a great, fresh start to 2012.  I wanted to post about this on Saturday, my first day back, but we were extremely busy! (which is a good thing, don't get me wrong)  B&B Automotive Group hosted a training seminar from Tuesday to Friday.  We trained on how to provide exemplary customer service over the phone.  The week provided me with a lot of education about helping customers, but required a lot of energy to complete (being on the phone 4-5 hours a day will take it out of ya). Overall, a tremendous experience that has filled me with renewed energy and ability to serve.  I also went to a casino for the first time in my life.  The Parx Casino in Bensalem was a massive building full of spinning lights and booping sounds.  I tried my hand at a blackjack table and was severely disappointed to see $80 leave my pocket and not return.  I don't think I'll be visiting a casino again any time soon.

I'm pumped about the great improvements and additions happening at Sellersville Charge A Car!  First of all, our name will soon be changing to Advantage Auto Sales and Credit Inc.  We want to stress the fact that we specialize in helping our clients rebuild or establish their credit.  Something you may not know, but by reporting to TransUnion credit bureau every month, we are able to help customers boost their credit scores an average of 100 points every year!  That's some pretty neat stuff, so we definitely want to make a dedicated effort to share this good news with everyone we know!

Secondly, there is a motivational speaker coming in tomorrow.  His name is George Dans and he's been inspiring automotive dealership teams since 1993.  An impressive list of credentials precede him, so our staff here is certainly excited for the opportunity to hear and learn from him!

I hope all is well in your lives.  I'm really hoping I get a comment on this blog soon, as I would love to interact with you.  So don't be shy, drop me a line.
